We at Nutrabliss,also understand the importance of delivering your products timely and safely. Therefore we have partnered with industry's top most & reputed domestic as well as international shipping partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex, etc., to ensure seamless delivery of all orders.

Upon receiving your order before processing the order we check and ensure the ordered products are in best condition and then pack them in safe boxes so that the products reach to you safely.

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


Charges: Nutrabliss offers FREE DELIVERY ACROSS INDIA for all orders, prepaid as well as cash on delivery (COD). For all international orders outside India, additional shipping fees is charged per kg and the total shipping charges depend on the weight of the complete order which is calculated at the time of checkout.

Tax and duties: Please be informed that many countries levy varied import duties, customs charges and taxes on internationally shipped items. All such additional charges are bound to be directly borne by the customer upon delivery. Hence, it is advisable to check your country’s taxes policies before placing an order with us because, once the order is placed, we do not offer returns or cancellations for international orders.

If the customer does not accept or does not pay any such customs charges for their international orders, under any circumstances, we shall not be liable for product exchanges/returns or payment refunds.

Timelines: As all the products listed on www.nutrabliss.in are available in stocks in our warehouse. Upon receiving your confirmed order we take 24 working hours to dispatch the products from the date of order placement for domestic as well as international orders.

There may be an extra 1-2 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during festivals,sale season and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, we make sure to inform you about the delay via mail or call.

Receiving Order Guidelines: As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. Therefore, in case you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, we request you to record a video and take images of the same and not accept the order. You can mail all the images and videos along with the order number so that we can use the same to resolve the issue for you at the earliest and settle claims with the shipment agency.

Process: Once you place an order on our website, we confirm the order and get the products packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.After the order is dispatched, a unique tracking identity number provided by the shipping partner, is sent to you on your registered email & mobile number via SMS.We also update the tracking details on the website in your account order details. You can track the status of the order delivery on the courier partner’s official website using the tracking number.
